Hi, my name is Liz and I look forward to meeting you!  I am a Reiki Master and Reflexologist.  I have been a part of the medical community since the age of 16 when I became an EMT for my local life squad in Maine. After relocating here to Cincinnati I went on to become a Paramedic and had the honor of working 16 years in Emergency Services for several local Fire Departments. 

As a Reflexologist I am fascinated with how intuitive the body is and how stimulating specific reflex points on the hands and feet can help to support your body in its own natural healing.  Used proactively reflexology helps to keep the body in balance. 

 After experiencing the healing effects of Reiki energy healing for myself I knew I wanted to learn about this amazing technique and how it worked. The positive impact it has had on my life as well as of those around me has inspired me to take my career in medicine in a different direction, focusing more on the holistic avenues open to us for health and wellbeing in our daily lives.  

 Reiki uses a technique commonly called hands on healing. Reiki can address mental health, quiet mind chatter and help facilitate healing in all areas of the body. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium.
