BomDia means “good day” in Portuguese and reflects our belief that taking care of yourself can change more than an hour of your day—it can change how you feel, move, work, sleep, and show up for the people and things that matter to you.

Founded by Adriana Rogers, a Licensed Massage Therapist and United States Air Force Veteran, BomDia has grown from a massage practice into a team of wellness professionals committed to helping our clients feel and function better.

We don’t believe wellness has to be all-or-nothing. Sometimes feeling 30% better can make a very real difference.
