 Fertility massage is for any woman wanting to preserve fertility as well as conceive. 

Fertility Massage focuses on the sacral area and abdomen, in particular the lower abdomen and pelvic area which holds the reproductive organs.

The massage works on the muscles, fascia, ligaments, digestive and reproductive organs to stimulate blood flow, loosen tight knots & adhesions and re-align ligaments and organs that may have fallen out of place due to many years of poor posture, repetitive habits or muscles that have become lax or too tense.

Despite the focus on the sacral and pelvic areas, this massage also incorporates the back, neck and shoulders as well as reflexology points on the feet ensuring you are completing relaxed and that all tension is released.

Improving nutrient rich blood flow to the reproductive organs helps the cervix, uterus and ovaries to function optimally which in turn can regulate the cycle, eliminate congestion, balance the local immune system and promote healthy ovulation, conception, implantation and foetal development.

Most importantly, this massage reduces the stress response and on a deeper level, it re-awakens and re-connects women to their bodies and their womb.

She received her massage training in Tampa Florida, with her studies focusing on neuromuscular & sports massage. Prior to becoming a licensed massage therapist & essential oil educator, Adriana served in the US Air Force as an Emergency Medical Technician & Licensed Practical Nurse.
Adriana is Nurturing the Mother® Fertility Massage Specialist Certified since 2019. She has also taken extended training in AromaTouch Technique, Symphony of the Cells, Myofascial massage, Cupping & Biodynamic Craniosacral technique.  

She is also a Certified Life Coach.
