Swedish massage uses gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.  doTERRA essential oils are also used to promote overall relaxation, improve circulation, induce lymph flow & soothe muscles. Warm weighted packs are used on back and neck to increase relaxation.

 Designed to remove severe tension, used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. 

Cupping a centuries old technique that uses vacuum to draw the inflammation out from deep in the tissues to be released, increasing local blood supply to the muscles and skin will bring nourishment and allow for toxins to be carried away via the lymph. Conditions of chronic and acute pain can be relieved with minimal discomfort and tense muscles softened quickly and easily. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own.
