 Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

  Cupping a centuries old technique that uses vacuum to draw the inflammation out from deep in the tissues to be released, increasing local blood supply to the muscles and skin will bring nourishment and allow for toxins to be carried away via the lymph. Conditions of chronic and acute pain can be relieved with minimal discomfort and tense muscles softened quickly and easily. Cupping is used simultaneously with massage to effectively release restrictions in fascia and scar tissue.

 Bamboo sticks are warmed and used as a warm deep tissue massage using oil. The combined warmth from the heated bamboo sticks along with rolling movements stimulates circulation in the body, increasing blood flow, which essentially helps the body flush toxins. 60min session is a full body massage with bamboo spot treatment, 90min is full body massage and bamboo.

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Hot stone massage is used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, to induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

 Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells. People have been known to lose weight, have increased energy level. Dry Brushing included in 60min service.

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

A relaxing massage is twice as nice when you share it with the one you love. This massage is done in a room with two tables, relaxing music and aromatherapy for a comfortable setting.
