Sauna Membership Sales & E-Commerce Specialist (Temporary – Potential Extension)
About the Role
BomDia Massage & Wellness is seeking a driven, client-focused professional to promote and expand our Infrared Sauna Program. Since adding the sauna in May 2024, we’ve seen strong interest—and now we’re ready to take it further. This position combines membership sales, community outreach, and e-commerce development, with the goal of creating a sustainable program. Temporary (2–3 months) with potential for long-term extension
Responsibilities
- Increase sauna membership and package sales by educating clients on health and wellness benefits.
- Build relationships inside the spa and out in the community (local businesses, events, wellness partnerships) to drive new membership sign-ups.
- Develop strategies to grow participation, retention, and client referrals.
- Design and implement an online shopping portal for memberships, gift cards, and wellness products.
- Engage with clients at reception and through follow-up to encourage rebooking and program adoption.
- Track and report sales progress, membership growth, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with management on promotions, referral incentives, and loyalty perks.
Qualifications
- Sales experience (membership, retail, or service sales preferred).
- E-commerce or digital sales background (website, shopping cart, online customer experience).
- Strong communication and networking skills with a community-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Passionate about wellness, holistic health, and client care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $16–$20/hour, depending on experience.
- Commission + bonuses for meeting membership and e-commerce sales goals.

- Flexible, part-time schedule aligned with client flow and outreach needs.
- Temporary role (2–3 months) with opportunity to extend into a permanent leadership role in program development.

- Co-create a treatment plan for the client, based on their needs.
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid and current massage therapy license for Kentucky.
- Proficient in multiple massage techniques; additional certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for health, wellness, and client satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Flexible availability, including Saturdays or evenings. Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week.
