Since each LMT is a vital part of the healing team, we believe this deserves compensation. Our compensation plan is designed to aid each individual to live elevated and empowered. New Hires Starting Pay 40-45% commission first 30 days, Based on experience.

• 30 Day Review (1st Review in 30 days of hire *opportunity to move up to 50% commission pay) -
• Review Policy, Punctuality, Review Performance, Rebook Rate Eval, BomDia Core Values 60 Day Review (2nd Review in 60 days of hire *opportunity to move up in pay)
• Review Performance, Rebook Rate Eval, Acceptance/Understanding of BomDia Core Values 90 Day Review (3rd Review in 90 Days of hire *opportunity to move up in pay) 
• We also offer a Tier compenstation plan. More details available upon request. 

Salary: $32.00 - $54.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week

Duties: Perform massage therapy within scope and law. Clean treatment room, shared laundry duties (all linen provided), Rebook client, Create treatment plans, Take payment from clients.
