 Licensed Massage Therapist

BomDia Massage & Wellness | Fort Mitchell, KY

Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (3–4 days/week preferred)
Compensation: Competitive service rate + tips + bonuses

We’re not looking for someone who simply performs a routine and moves on to the next client.

We’re looking for a practitioner — someone who is present, attentive, and takes pride in creating meaningful, customized sessions.

At BomDia, each therapist brings their own unique style and skillset. We don’t believe in rigid protocols or one-size-fits-all massage. We believe in listening, adapting, and partnering with clients in their wellness journey.

We’re looking for a therapist who wants to help clients move toward that kind of progress through thoughtful, consistent care.

• 3–4 days per week 
• 2 Saturdays per month required 
• At least one weekday evening 
• Expected hours: 16–30 per week 

• Provide customized massage therapy sessions (Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty techniques) 
• Co-create treatment plans based on each client’s goals 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space 
• Build strong client relationships through communication and consistency 
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience 

• Current Kentucky Massage Therapy License (required) 
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Reliable, professional, and growth-minded 
• A genuine desire to care for and connect with clients
