Frequently Asked Questions

Our massage sessions are 30, 60, 75 and 90 minutes.  Full on-body time. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you can enjoy the full service time. 

You may undress to your comfort level, but our therapists are trained to drape you with a sheet or towel to maintain your privacy.

 Please do not eat or take supplements one hour  before your appointment.  

 We have a relaxation room that you may use before or after your service. If you would like to come early to your service and spend some time in our relaxation room to decompress, relax, or just get cozy under a blanket that welcomed. Your therapist will come get you when it is time for your service. First time visitors please ask upon arriving if you would like to use the relaxation room.    

 No, all of the service providers here at BomDia use only organic coconut oil or grape seed oil and doTERRA essential oils.  To learn more about doTERRA's purity and testing, click here.  We ask that you refrain from using perfumes or colognes when coming to receive a service here. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to change your appointment for any reason a 24-hour minimum cancellation/rescheduling notice is required. We do prefer 48hrs to be able to fill the appointment spot.  
A "No Show" or a cancellation with less than 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment. We do not issue refunds. 

 All gift cards expire one year from purchase date. All purchases also expire one year from purchase date. 

 Yes we do. 16 and Younger will need parental/guardian consent and be in the building at time of service.  13 and younger a parent/guardian will need to be in the treatment room during time of service.  

If we perceive you to be under the influence in any way, we will be required to stop any services immediatly.  This is to protect you and the therapist.  Bodywork increases circulation in the body, thus affecting how the body processes substances.
