What are your new COVID-19 requirements? 

- *Update May 8, 2020* 

In order to be seen, you will need to provide your own mask and are required to wear it during your massage.  If you do not have a mask, we will be unable to serve you.  We will be meeting you outside the building to conduct temperature checks and have additional screening questions before your appointment.  Please arrive on time to allow for this screening. Only one guest per service and no overlapping appointments are allowed.  There will be no use of the relaxation or waiting room.  All gift cards and package expiration dates will be extended through June 2021.  We will only be accepting online prepayment to comply with touchless payment requirements. Alternatively you can arrange to pay with cash or check prior to your service. To comply with guidelines we can not use table warmers, hot packs, cupps, dry brushes and similar equipment. We are required to wear disposable gowns, masks, face shields.

What time should I arrive to my appointment? 

-Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you may enjoy your full service time.

How does the relaxation room work?

-We have a relaxation room that you may use before or after your service. Returning clients will want to prepay prior to service if they plan to use the relaxation room after their service. If you would like to come early to your service and spend some time in our relaxation room to decompress, relax, or just get cozy under a blanket that is fine as well. Your therapist will come get you when it is time for your service. First time visitors please ask upon arriving if you would like to use the relaxation room.   

What do I wear during my massage appointment?

-Some people choose to leave undergarments on during their service.  We encourage you to choose what you are most comfortable with.  Only the area being worked will be exposed.

Do you use chemicals or fragrances in your treatments? 

-No, all of the service providers here at BomDia use only organic coconut oil and doTERRA essential oils.  To learn more about doTERRA's purity and testing, click here.

I scheduled a 60 minute massage.  How much time of that appointment is spent on massage?

-We ask our clients to arrive 5 minutes early, this way they can enjoy their full service time on their chosen treatment.  We provide additional time for you to dress/undress, pay and schedule.  

I have to cancel my appointment the same day as my appointment.  How does this work?

If you need to change your appointment for any reason a 24-hour minimum cancellation/rescheduling notice is required. 
A "No Show" or a cancellation with less than 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment. The remaining 50% will be credited on your account for a full calendar year from the time of booking. We do not issue refunds. 
100% Prepayment is required for all services. In the event you are unable to attend your appointment with more than 24-hour notice, you have a credit on your account for a full calendar year from the date of the transaction.

I have to cancel my appointment with more than 24-hours notice.  How does this work?

-You may choose to reschedule or you have a full calendar year of credit towards services with BomDia.  

When is my credit card charged?

-Credit cards are charged at time of booking.  

Am I able to get a refund for services not yet received?  

-We do not issue refunds for services.  However, we do offer credit applied to your account for up to a full calendar year in the event of cancellations with more than 24-hours notice.
