Hi, my name is Liz and I look forward to meeting you! I am a Reiki Master and Reflexologist. I have been a part of the medical community since the age of 16 when I became an EMT for my local life squad in Maine. After relocating here to Cincinnati I went on to become a Paramedic and had the honor of working 16 years in Emergency Services for several local Fire Departments. I also worked for the Cincinnati Eye Bank procuring corneas for transplant across the tristate for a decade.
After experiencing the healing effects of Reiki for myself I knew I wanted to learn about this amazing technique and how it worked. The positive impact it has had on my life as well as of those around me has inspired me to take my career in medicine in a different direction, focusing more on the holistic avenues open to us for health and wellbeing in our daily lives.
As a Reflexologist I am fascinated with how intuitive the body is and how stimulating specific reflex points on the hands and feet can help to support your body in its own natural healing. Used proactively reflexology helps to keep the body in balance.
Essential Oils have also become an integral part of my life, both through aromatherapy as well as the topical and internal application of therapeutic grade oils that help support the body in its efforts to maintain a healthy baseline. Whether you are looking for Essential Oils to help support your daily life or are in need of some energy therapy I look forward to working with you and helping to support you on your journey towards health and wellness. Sending peace and love to you, Liz
I love helping people live healthier and fuller lives! I’m passionate about helping people gain mobility, avoid injury, and move without pain. As a certified stretch coach with over 40 years of ballet training and teaching experience, I can provide the proper technique, alignment, and posture to get the most out of assisted stretching. In my free time, I enjoy taking ballet classes, traveling, and hiking. I love spending time with my family and my two doggish cats, Pippin and Gandalf.

My name is Samantha, I’ve been practicing massage since 2006. I started at Cincinnati State and finished at Cortive Institute School of Massage Therapy in Washington State in 2009. My overall approach to massage is finding the problem areas and getting them to release. I chose massage therapy as my profession because I love helping people feel better. Self care is the best care!!
I graduated in 2011 with my Associates in Health and Wellness with focus in massage therapy. In my practice I love to promote a deeply relaxing experience so that your body can tap into the natural gift of healing our body has. This is your time to begin a self care regimen to allow yourself the gift of overall wellness. Each session is customized to your needs. I believe that sometimes the lightest touch can have the biggest impact, that’s why I not only practice Swedish massage, but am also trained in Cranio Sacral therapy, Aromatouch and Myofascial release. In addition, I am also trained in cupping therapy, prenatal massage and hot stones. Come melt into serenity!
